Claire is a market researcher, social responsibility advocate & community builder.

Born and raised in Metro Detroit, I bring my own brand of Midwestern kindness, curiosity, and empathy-driven leadership to the East Coast. I'm a passionate insights strategist, mixed-methods researcher, community builder, and proud New Yorker who believes the best things happen when we lead with humanity, challenge the status quo, and make room for everyone at the table.

Professionally, I serve as SVP of Insights & Strategy at OvationMR, where I help brands better understand the humans behind the data and turn meaningful research into actionable insights. I'm especially passionate about innovative qualitative methodologies, closing the say-do gap, and preserving the human magic in an increasingly digital and AI-driven industry. Beyond my day job, I love connecting and mentoring fellow researchers, advancing our industry, and creating spaces for thoughtful conversations as a community leader with MRII and the Market Research Council.

Outside of market research, I'm the Executive Director of Turn Down for What NYC, a nonprofit dedicated to creating friendship-first, peer-to-peer social experiences for adults with Down syndrome. Building inclusive communities, celebrating independence, and tackling loneliness are some of the things closest to my heart. I'm also a proud Michigan State alumna who will never miss an opportunity to say "Go Green!"

Famous for making friends everywhere I go, asking one too many follow-up questions, and somehow steering every conversation back to my friends with Down syndrome. In my spare time, you'll find me crafting, devouring library books on my Kindle, planning my next adventure, enjoying a good brunch, at the theater, or convincing someone that we should absolutely turn this idea into a community event.

Huge fan of making new friends, co-mentoring, blazing trails, and leaving people and places a little better than I found them.
